It is a crime to racially discriminate against a person.ġ0. I informed her she was wrong a person can take a photo of someone who committed a crime. This Alondra started screaming at me that it was unlawful for me to take her photo without her consent. I took photos of the CVS employee gal Alondra to show who it is that violated my civil rights by racially discriminating against me as a paying customer. It was a nightmare trying to get the things I needed at that CVS just because a racist employee didn't want to wait on me to take my payment and other employees were in the Pharmacy Dept so I was left alone with only that bad, racist employee.ĩ. This shopping experience was very stressful and traumatic for me. Instead, 2-3 other emoyees went and got ondra and told her I was comaining about her.Ĩ. After paying around 3 pm, I went to the other CVS employees there to complain and ask to speak to the manager about employee Alondra. She rang me up but when I went to pay in cash and waiting to pay and get back any change due, Alondra instead choose to.help the white lady, again discriminating against me and making me wait.ħ. So then this CVS gal Alondra said she would wait on me. I then let other customers inside that CVS know the CVS employee was racially discriminating against me by yelling how I had been waiting at the counter to pay for my stuff for over 20 minutes and she wouldn't wait on me but is waiting on a white lady that just showed up !Ħ. She disregarded me and started waiting on the white lady whom also happened to be younger than me. A white lady approached Alondra and said she wanted to return merchandise, and then right away this CVS employee proceeding to go behind the counter to cash register to help the white lady, so I started verbally complaining to CVS employee Alondra that she was discriminating against me and that what she was doing was unlawful. Me still waiting to have an employee wait on me so I could pay and leave, some 20 minutes later, while this CVS employee Alondra right there. She stated I could use the self-serve which I declined as I am elderly and told her too many people touch those types of checkout where COVID and viruses can accumalate or spread.Ĥ. There was still no other customers there and she was standing around a few ft from me doing nothing.ģ. This CVS employee told me I would have to wait about a 1/2 hr for another employee to ring me up. This started around 2:30 pm or thereabout. No other customer was in.line nor at the register and a CVS female employee of African American looks was less than 5 ft from me but said she could not ring me up. Today I was at this CVS to pay for some items. I am an Asian female that looks Chinese, Korean, Japanese. and please check the camaras it happened aroundġ. I hope this experience doesn't bring my mom health consequences. then she helped my mom she was taking 2 fall decor items they were buy one and get one 50% and 2 gums, when we went to the car my mom noticed she didn't have the 50% on the other item so we went back to the store waited in line which was big so when Mary helped us she said she didn't see 50% on the item either so then she called the manager Raelyn, she came with an ugly attitude and all she said was "what happened?" in a rude way so I explained to her that the 50% on the second item wasn't showing on the receipt, she didn't even go to check the sign, she was she was just there with her attitude arguing me and yelling "not on this item" so I went to the sign took a pic showed her and she was still telling me no she also mentioned it has to be of the same item so I told her the sign said all fall decor and also explained to her that last time I took a Minnie pumpkin with a Halloween headband and I got the 50% on the second item but she didn't care she kept saying not this ignoring what I'm telling her still contradicting me and yelling the sad thing is that she was yelling at me Infront of a new cashier and the cashier was laughing at us, also this was my mom purchase and she wanted to use her 10$ carepass but the manager was not even listening to my mom my mom is 72 years old she is sick and she gave her a lot of anger because my mom wanted to talk to a manager for a solution and more comprehended on the situation but Raelyn said she was the manager yelling at my mom. I'm a regular customer I went to CVS today with my mom the one in Yorba Linda and Placentia I did my purchase first I noticed that the cashier Mary didn't charge me for a lipstick so she apologized then she rung me the lipstick separate which i wasn't able to apply my 30% because she used it on my previous purchase, so I let it go because she was very busy.
